JoeJoe, you're crazy man.

Yesterday I walked on the treadmill at 3.6mph at a 15% grade with my turnout jacket and Breathing apparatus. I wanted to see how long it would take for me to run out of air. it only took me 15:14 to suck the mask to my face. Wow!

Today, with the same gear, I chopped down a 12" tree with an axe then did 3 rounds of 10 wallballs (20#), 10 pushups, 10 slam balls, 10 pushups. All while on air. I didn't make the last set of pushups. Great training though. I really don't know why I haven't been doing this stuff more often.
