Eh just jumped on the scale and from the time Joe B and myself have been coming on a constant basis, I have lost 28lbs. Changed up my diet and kicked butt in the gym to do this, so just wanted to say thank you to EVERYONE at crossfir rc! Really would not be as enjoyable without you people!
