Hello Everybody!

I know I may be a little early, but I like to plan ahead. What is everyone doing for St. Patty's Day? It's next Wednesday the 17th. Whoever is currently doing the zone, for that day, eat absolutely NO Carbs all day until the Green Beer. How about that Dr. Barry Sears!

Oh Karla... I am sad to say that I will not be joining the Paleo Challenge. I did however start the Zone diet again yesterday and will continue to do so until (hopefully) my birthday which is 4 months away...

Good luck to everyone on the Paleo Challenge!!! smilies/wink.gif

Jenn,

The zone doesn't stop you from participating. All you have to do is "Zone Out" your Paleo foods. We obviously promote both diets, but the Paleo challenge just makes you have better choices of foods. It really is a great goal to set for yourself. We will be having a presentation on Paleo with Karla being our guest speaker. March 27th Right Karla?smilies/grin.gif

So everyone was talking about it in these night classes tonight and now its official. Next Wednesday night, St Patty's Day, after your workout, you are all invited to come out and enjoy some zone friendly green beer smilies/smiley.gif at the Yardhouse. We have a reservation and everything. Good luck on finding a more happening place to be on St Patty's Day because let me tell you, the CrossfitRC Table at The Yardhouse is gonna be where its at!!!

Also, Joe Joe will be dressed as a leprechaun.

Also, Also, A lot of you have been telling me that you will be joining us this weekend in LA to show your CrossfitRC pride and to see some amazing athletes compete for their chance to go to the Crossfit games this summer. Everyone is going to be there. If you are not planning on going, what is your problem? Do you not want to go see the worlds fittest athletes compete in the ultimate test of fitness? Do you not want to spend the day with all your favorite friends from your favorite gym? Or is it that you just don't like being awesome?

The Sectionals are at UCLA and they are $25 per person. We will be meeting at the gym early Saturday and Sunday morning to carpool there and back together. (exact time tba) Its going to be a great day -- you should all be there and make sure to wear your favorite CrossfitRC shirt!!
